Vaarad Ventures gets nod to transfer its Software division

Vaarad Ventures has received its members’ approval to transfer its Software division and Publication division to its Subsidiaries or other business undertaking, whether associated with or controlled by the company or not as a going concern, on slump sale basis or otherwise. The company got approval for the same by way of postal ballot.

The company manufactures Brilliant brand of bottled water. It also manufactures packaging material for the bottled water industry like SGS approved 20 litre polycarbonate bottles, spill free caps for 20 litre bottles and PET bottles.
