Nelco has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 16th October 2023 has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2023. The said Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results in the prescribed format were published in the Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi) on 17th October 2023. A copy of the results published is attached. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.nelco.in.
