Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 2,236 crore through the allotment of 2,23,600 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at the face value of Rs 1 lakh each. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on October 17, 2023, allotted the same.
