Ramco Systems has informed that Ramco Systems India (the Company) is a party to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated October 16, 2023, signed by its subsidiary in Malaysia - Ramco Systems Sdn. Bhd., (Ramco Malaysia) with customer Lendlease Development Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., for providing Outsourced Payroll Services. As a part of the aforesaid agreement, the Company is guaranteeing the performance of the obligations of Ramco Malaysia.
