Kotak Mahindra Bank’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Kotak Securities has entered into an agreement for sale of its entire shareholding of around 7.50% in the total share capital of Entroq Technologies to Delente Technologies. The said transaction will be completed by the end of October, 2023.
