Titan Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 3rd November 2023 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023. The unaudited results shall be published immediately after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. As intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide letter number SEC 106 / 2023-24 dated 21st September 2023, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its ‘Designated Persons’ is closed from 22nd September 2023 and shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors.
