A copy of the said Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, submitted by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, is enclosed. The Board Meeting today commenced at 8:45 am (IST) and consideration of the item on approval of Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results, as stated above, concluded at 12:00 noon (IST).
