Edserv buys out Prosel Ventures’ eLearning online content for Rs 35 crore

Edserv SoftSystem has brought out the eLearning Online content of Prosel Ventures for Rs 35 crore in all stock deal. Prosel Ventures is a Chennai based company specializing in online content for CA, CS, ICWA and IFRS including through video lectures and animated content.

Edserv is India's first 4th generation education company that uses technology to efficiently synchronize manpower demand and supply in number and skills right from development to deployment. The company was established with an objective of providing niche training solutions, customised software solutions, and placement consulting on contract as well as permanent basis to both Corporate and Institutional clients.
