Coforge has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee has approved an allotted of 37,545 equity shares on October 22, 2023 at 09:53 PM, having face value of Rs 10 each on exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 615,94,464 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 615,944,640.
