Axis Bank reports 11% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Axis Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24). 

The Bank has reported 10.02% rise in its net profit at Rs 5863.56 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 5329.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank increased by 31.40% at Rs 31660.26 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 24094.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the Bank has reported 10.53% rise in its net profit at Rs 6217.68 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 5625.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank increased 31.58% at Rs 33122.23 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 25173.05 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
