NTPC has signed an agreement with Engineers India (EIL) to work jointly on projects like carbon capture utilization and storage, green fuel among others. Besides its Research and development (R&D) centre will also undertake joint projects on green fertilizers, bio-fuels, decarbonization, waste handling, water, ash with EIL. 

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
