In continuation to the Board meeting intimation dated October 23, 2023, and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Birlasoft has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, will also consider declaration of interim dividend to the Members of the Company for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members for the interim dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
