Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 12,353 equity shares on October 30, 2023, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as : 1,762 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan and 10,591 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, on October 30, 2023, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ? 20,75,19,82,365 divided into 4,15,03,96,473 equity shares of ?5 each.
