Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mastek has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 19, 2023, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of remote e-voting process for appointment of Marilyn Jones as an Independent Director of the Company effective September 5, 2023. Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners, as on Friday, October 27, 2023 (Cut-off Date), received from the Depositories and whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited, as the agency to provide e-voting facility to all its members. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company's website at www.mastek.com
