Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) subsidiary -- L&T Infrastructure Development Projects (L&T IDPL) has entered into a Share Purchase agreement on November 03, 2023 for sale of its entire shareholding in Interise Investment Managers (formerly known as LTIDPL IndvIT Services) (IIML), a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T IDPL. Accordingly, IIML will cease to be a subsidiary of L&T IDPL and the Company, on completion of sale/disposal. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal is on or before December 31, 2023, subject to satisfaction of conditions precedent identified under the Agreement.
