2.97 (3.65%) NHPC reports marginal rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

The company has reported 0.98% rise in its net profit at Rs 1447.11 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 1433.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 11.42% at Rs 2614.51 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 2951.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 0.44% rise in its net profit at Rs 1693.26 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1685.81 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 10.47% at Rs 3113.82 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 3477.93 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
