Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Trent has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today approved, the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023. A copy of the said results together with a copy of the limited review reports issued by the statutory auditors of the Company is enclosed. The meeting commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 1.35 pm.
