Midvalley Entertainment incorporates overseas subsidiary company

Midvalley Entertainment has incorporated its overseas subsidiary company at Malaysia named as ‘Midvalley Entertainment (M)’. In April, Midvalley Entertainment’s board had approved the incorporation of the following subsidiary companies - Midvalley Hospitality, Midvalley Entertainment International and Midvalley Contents.

Midvalley Entertainment is engaged in film production, distribution and exhibition in South India. The company entered into film exhibition business in 2006. The company has entered into screening agreements with 46 theatres running under its banner as on June 2010.
