Power Grid Corporation of India reports marginal rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Power Grid Corporation of India has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24). 

The company has reported 5.01% rise in its net profit at Rs 3833.96 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3651.15 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally increased by 1.83% at Rs 11205.81 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 11003.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 3.59% rise in its net profit at Rs 3781.42 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 3650.29 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally increased by 1.59% at Rs 11530.43 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 11349.44 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
