NTPC has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2013, to consider, approve and take on record the Annual Financial Results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2013 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.

Further, the Board of Directors shall also consider recommendation of final dividend and special dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2012-13 in the same Board Meeting.
