The Company is facilitating e-voting, which can be accessed at https://evoting.kfintech.com. Manish Kumar Singhania, Company Secretary in Practice has been appointed as Scrutineer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair & transparent manner. The remote e-voting on the resolutions set out in the Postal Ballot Notice shall commence on Sunday, 19 November 2023 at 9:00 am IST and ends on Monday, 18 December 2023 at 5:00 pm IST.
