Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL) has signed Shareholders Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement with Elbit Systems, Israel (ESL) on November 20, 2023. Pursuant to the said, ESL will be subscribing 44% stake in Atharva Advanced Systems and Technologies (AASTL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL. The Agreements are entered with the object of developing and manufacturing of various autonomous technology and systems for defence applications.
