Ramco Systems has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the name of M/s Ramco System Korea in South Korea. The objective of incorporation is to carry on the business operations in Korea. Ramco System Korea Company has been established in Korea as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and is yet to commence its business operations. 

Ramco Systems is a next-gen enterprise software player disrupting the market with its multi-tenant cloud and mobile-based enterprise software in HR and Global Payroll, ERP and M&EMRO for Aviation.
