Ultratech Cement has informed that the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 8 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure I attached based on information received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent on 29th November, 2023. For the remaining 8 shareholders, the duplicate procedure has been completed and upon completion of further requests, the letter of confirmation will be issued.
