Aether Industries has informed that in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Regulations) Requirements, 2015, as amended from time to time, and further to intimation, having Ref. No. AIL/SE/81/2023-24, dated November 29, 2023, the company informed that the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (‘the Board’) has ordered through the correspondence dated November 30, 2023, not to carry out production activity at the affected site until further instructions, and; to pay Rs 50 lakhs as Interim Damage Compensation. The team is actively engaged in working with the GPCB to thoroughly understand the reasons behind the direction and to seek a resolution in the most efficient and transparent manner possible. The company firmly believed that the closure direction is subject to reconsideration, and it has its expressed its stance on the matter to the relevant Authorities. Its commitment to environmental responsibility remains unwavering.
