Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 319.90, up by 1.80 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 318.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 321.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 323.70 and Rs. 315.00 respectively. So far 88006 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 370.40 on 25-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 238.50 on 30-Aug-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 324.25 and Rs. 296.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 119869.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.55% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.83% and 5.62% respectively.

In a bid to strengthen its ‘One Airtel’ service, Bharti Airtel has introduced new service for African customers who will now access data and SMS at a flat rate in addition to receiving free incoming calls while roaming across Africa and South Asia.

The African customers of the company are free from paying roaming charges on incoming calls while travelling in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and 17 African countries.

Airtel customers will not need to register or buy new SIM cards, as they are automatically enrolled in the ‘One Airtel’ service.
