In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in further to intimations dated November 29, 2023 and December 1, 2023 for the fire incident, Aether Industries has informed that the affected premises are Plant 2 of the Manufacturing Facility 2 only; Remaining Plants of the Manufacturing Facility 2 are not affected Manufacturing Facility 1 and Manufacturing Facility 3 are not affected; Project work, planning, and execution for new Manufacturing Facility 3++, new Manufacturing Facility 4, and new Manufacturing Facility 5 are not affected; The remaining operations at other Manufacturing Facilities (1, 3, 4 and 5) are normal, and; It is receiving orders as routine from various customers and they have also committed their support to overcome from this situation. Most of its domestic as well as international customers have expressed their solidarity and support of the Company.
