Shriram Finance has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on Private placement basis. The Allotment Committee - NCDs of the company in its meeting held on December 5, 2023, has approved allotment of the same.
