Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd.

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation Of India has informed that the company has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System Project for ‘Transmission Scheme for Integration of Renewable Energy Zone (Phase-II) in Koppal-II (Phase-A & B) and Gadag-II (Phase-A) in Karnataka’ on Build, Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. The Letter of Intent (LoI) has been received by the company on 5th December, 2023. The aforesaid Project comprises establishment of a new 765/400kV Koppal- II Pooling Station; a new 400/220kV Gadag- II Pooling Station; 2 nos. of 765kV D/c transmission lines traversing in the state of Karnataka; 1 no. of 400kV D/c transmission line traversing in the state of Karnataka as well as associated bay extension works at Narendra and Raichur Substations.
