Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that it enclosed copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated December 4, 2023 along with explanatory statement. The Company has completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice in electronic form to all those Members, whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company or Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on close of business hours of Friday, December 8, 2023 (Cut-off date). The remote e-voting period will commence on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 9.00 am IST and end on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 5.00 p.m. IST. The remote e-voting facility will be disabled by NSDL thereafter. The Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company or Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date shall be eligible to exercise their votes by remote e-voting. The results of Postal Ballot along with the Scrutinizer’s report shall be communicated to Stock Exchanges and will also be uploaded on the Company’s website at https://investor.ofss.oracle.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com on or before Monday, January 15, 2024.
