Grasim Industries has informed that the Shareholders Grievance / Allotment & Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on April, 30, 2013, allotted 4,735 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 91,781,268 equity shares Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 917,812,680.
