Titan Company has informed that TCL North America Inc., (TCL NA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has today signed a Series Seed Stock Purchase Agreement with CueZen, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, (CueZen), for subscription of Series Seed Preferred Stock in the Common Stock, which would result in TCL NA holding 10% in CueZen on a fully diluted basis. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
