With reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Mastek has informed that the Company will conduct the Analyst / Institutional Investor Meeting on December 20, 2023 and the schedule of the same is enclosed. The schedule of the aforesaid meeting may undergo change due to exigencies on the part of the investor / Company. No unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is proposed to be shared by the Company during the aforesaid investor meeting.
