Vakrangee has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on December 18, 2023 for acquisition of 8.8% equity share capital of Vortex Engineering from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) (Seller). Earlier the Company had signed Binding term sheet with IFC in relation to acquisition of 8.8% stake in Vortex Engineering.
