Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, State Bank of India has informed that the Bank of India will be signing EURO 200 million Line of Credit from EIB (European Investment Bank) for supporting climate action projects in India, on 21st December 2023 at Bank’s IFSC Gift City Branch, Ahmedabad. The loan document will become operational, subject to necessary approvals.
