In continuation to disclosure dated July 29, 2023 (Ref- IGAL/SECT/07-23/10) filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations in relation to the notice received by the Company from DGCA imposing penalty of INR 30 Lakh, InterGlobe Aviation has informed that it enclosed the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations (as amended). The revised DGCA order was inadvertently not filed with the stock exchanges on time.
