Aether Industries has informed that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company by Designated Persons will be closed from January 1, 2024 upto the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on December 31, 2023. In line with various circulars issued by SEBI from time to time, PAN of all the Designated Persons will be froze at security level to prevent trading during the trading window closure period.
