Ultratech Cement has informed that the Company has received an Order from the Assistant Commissioner, CGST Divn-II, Bathinda raising demand for GST of Rs. 25,11,108 together with interest and penalty, alleging that the ISD credit not reflected in the GSTR-2A statement of FY18. The Company has a good case on merits to defend the matter before the Appellate Authorities and shall contest the order. Attached is the information required in Annexure A.
