Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Asian Paints has informed that an Order dated 29th December 2023 was passed by the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and the details are enclosed. This intimation was duly submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India on 30th December 2023 within the prescribed timelines. However, due to a technical glitch, the intimation was not submitted with BSE and is being re-submitted today.
