In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received GST order from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai, Maharashtra on December 31, 2023. The relevant details pertaining to the said order is provided in Annexure A. This order will have no adverse material impact on the financial operations of the Company. This order shall be further contested by the Company by way of an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
