In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation Of India has informed that in pursuance of Ministry of Power Office Order dated 19th December, 2023, Ravindra Kumar Tyagi, Director (Operations), POWERGRID has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Power Grid Corporation of India with effect from 01.01.2024. The required details pursuant to the SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023 are annexed as Annexure-I.
