Trent informs about receipt of order
Date: 05-01-2024Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Trent has informed that the Company has received Orders from the Joint Commissioner, Rajasthan and Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Chhattisgarh, imposing penalty of Rs 39,596 and Rs 60,719 respectively under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The Company is reviewing these orders and will take appropriate action in that regards. The information as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed in the Annexure.
