Coal India has informed that Ministry of Coal vide office order dated April 03, 2013 has appointed Dr. A. K. Dubey, Additional Secretary, MOC as a nominee Director of Coal India Limited w.e.f. April 03, 2013. This was 'taken on record' by the Board of Directors of CIL by circular resolution on April 24, 2013.
