Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 56,640 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on January 09, 2024, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 6,16,84,10,980 (3,08,42,05,490 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to 6,16,85,24,260 (3,08,42,62,130 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
