Maruti Suzuki India has informed that Suzuki Motor Gujarat, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has received a Show Cause Notice from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad. The requisite information as per Para A of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is given as Annexure -‘A’.
