In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received a demand order from the Additional Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Chennai on January 8, 2024. The relevant details pertaining to the said order are provided in ‘Annexure A’. This order will have no adverse material impact on the financial operations of the Company.  This order shall be further contested by the Company by way of an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
