Infosys has informed that, there are certain articles circulating in the media about declaration of dividend by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 11, 2024. This is to clarify that the Board has not declared any dividend in their meeting held on January 11, 2024. The last dividend which was declared by the Board in its meeting held on October 12, 2023 was pertaining to the interim dividend of Rs 18 with a record date of October 25, 2023.
