Anant Raj has informed that the Finance and Investment Committee has, at its meeting held on January 12, 2024, inter-alia, considered and passed the following resolutions: (a) Authorising the opening of the Issue today i.e. January 12, 2024, (b) approving and adopting of the preliminary placement document dated January 12, 2024 and the application form in connection with the Issue; and (c) approving the floor price for the Issue, being Rs 310.78 per Equity Share ('Floor Price'), based on the pricing formula as prescribed under SEBI ICDR Regulations.
