Coal India has informed that Statutory Auditors of the Company. Lodha & Co. (LCO) has intimated about conversion of their firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the provisions of 58(4) of the LLP Act, 2008 by the name ‘Lodha & Co, LLP’ and will continue to function and discharge their obligations as Statutory Auditors for the remaining period of the tenure of appointment as Statutory Auditors.
