Nelco has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 15th January 2024 has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023. The said Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results in the prescribed format were published in the Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi) on 16th January 2024. A copy of the results published is attached. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.nelco.in.
